At RosyRoll, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your curtains as much as we do. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right. Please review the following return, refund, and exchange policies carefully.

Order Cancellation
If you’ve changed your mind, we completely understand.

  • You may cancel your order within 48 hours after placing it.
  • To cancel, simply contact our customer support team with your order number.
  • Please note that once your order has been processed or shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel it.

Order Modification
Need to update your shipping address or make a change to your curtains?

  • You may request changes (such as address, color, size, or style) within 48 hours of placing your order.
  • After this period, or once the order has entered processing, modifications will no longer be possible.

To request a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will do our best to assist you.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns for curtains under certain conditions.
You may return your order if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • You received the wrong item (wrong size, color, or design)
  • The product has quality issues or was damaged in transit (photo evidence required)

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns if:

  • The product is custom-made (unless there is a defect)
  • The item has been used, washed, or altered by the customer
  • Your return request is made more than 30 days after delivery

How to Initiate a Return

We’ve made our return process simple and straightforward to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible.

Step-by-Step Return Instructions

1. Contact Us Within 30 Days
Please contact our customer service team at support@rosyroll.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the following in your email:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A brief explanation of the reason

  • Relevant photos (if applicable)

2. Wait for Return Approval
Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. If your return is approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return authorization code

  • The return shipping address

  • Detailed packing and shipping instructions

3. Pack Your Items Securely
Please carefully pack your return to avoid damage during transit. Whenever possible, we recommend using the original packaging.

4. Ship Your Return
Ship the package using a trackable shipping method, and send us the tracking number so we can monitor the return.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product, or an error on our part (such as wrong size or color).

Note on Custom Orders

If you made a mistake in your measurements, don’t worry — we’re happy to help. For example, we may be able to resize curtains to make them wider or longer.
However, please understand that we cannot accept returns for curtains that are too narrow or too short, as these cannot be modified.

We’re committed to your satisfaction and will do our best to help resolve any issues.


Damaged or Defective Items
We’re truly sorry if your order arrived with any damage or issues.
To help us resolve the problem quickly:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue

Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or exchange — whichever works best for you.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • The actual posting time depends on your payment provider or bank.

We’ll notify you via email as soon as your refund is completed.

Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item (e.g., another size or color), we recommend:

  • Initiating a return of the original product
  • Placing a new order for the desired item

  • Not sure which fabric or color to choose? We offer free fabric samples to help you feel confident in your choice before placing an order.
  • Just contact our customer service team and let us know the styles or materials you're interested in — the samples are free, and we only charge a $5 shipping fee.
