Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can request to cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Please contact our customer service team at support@rosyroll.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
Do you offer custom sizes and colors?
Yes, our curtains are available in a variety of sizes and colors. Customers can customize their curtains based on their personal preferences and home decor styles.

Can I purchase a single curtain panel, or do I need to buy a pair?

Are your fabrics suitable for homes with pets or children?
Our curtains are made from 100% polyester fabric, which is designed with durability in mind. They are an ideal choice for families with pets or children, as they are long-lasting and easy to clean, offering both style and practicality for your home.
Can I machine wash the curtains?
Yes, all of our curtains except blackout curtains are machine washable. RosyRoll curtains can withstand long-term washing and maintain their shape.
Please note: wash in cold water only. Do not use a dryer or hot water, as this may cause shrinkage. After washing, please hang them to air dry.
